The Welsh Food & Drink Skills Project have appointed Llaeth y Llan yoghurt makers Gareth and Valmai Roberts as ambassadors for the Welsh Food and Drink Skills Project. The project has been set up to showcase how the Welsh Food industry can be a good career choice for new recruits. Their Ambassadors will be featured in one of their short films, highlighting the importance of skills in delivering quality long-term careers for the Welsh Food industry.
Llaeth y Llan yoghurt are based on their Denbighshire farm, and after nearly 30 years they now employ 25 people.
