A new recycling plant near St Asaph will be operational in a few months time. The Waen Anaerobic Digestion plant will process food waste from Conwy, Flintshire and Denbighshire generating cost effective, environmentally friendly power for up to 1500 homes. Waste products will be converted into biofertiliser for use on local farms.
