Halen Môn began in a saucepan on an Aga in our family kitchen. Today this Welsh sea salt sensation has caught the attention of chefs and food lovers across the world. Ten years ago we started by supplying Halen Môn sea salt to Swains, our local butchers in Menai Bridge on the Isle of Anglesey.
